All authority is given to Jesus Christ who is head of His Church. Within the context of local churches, this authority is entrusted to godly men who have been appointed as Elders. The role of the Elder is synonymous with Pastor and Overseer (1 Peter 5:1-2) and the requirements are clearly prescribed throughout Scripture (1 Timothy 3:1-7; Titus 1:5-9).

Tobias is married to Tracey and together they have 2 sons named Silas and Joash, and a daughter named Esmay.
